Materials and Quantity
will it turn my finger green?
Rhodium or 100microns of 18t gold is a shiny coating over the ring to prevent it from tarnishing. If you are allergic to non-gold jewellery (due to having a higher acid level in your skin), you may get the "green finger." Some people will apply a clear coat of nail polish to the band area to prevent this from happening. This does not mean the jewellery quality is bad. While you may have an allergic reaction to a particular ring, many others won't have the same reaction. This is very rare
What is underneath or mixed with the rhodium or white gold ?
Sterling silver . Please see the description in the product's listing. Each one is a little different.
Do your rings contain nickel?
No, they do not.
Will my ring discolor or peel?
No. This usually happens when rings contain tin. We do not use tin in our rings.
Jewelry Care
How do I clean and take care of my jewelry?
Please do not wash hands, do dishes, shower or clean the house when wearing the jewellery. Certain soaps and cleaning supplies may damage the bonding on the jewellery. When cleaning your jewellery, avoid commercial jewellry liquid cleaner. These cleaners tend to bleach the jewellery. Use a cleaning cloth, the type you would use when polishing silver.
Can the wedding rings be soldered together?
We were told by our customers that they can be soldered together. Please check with your local jeweller to see if they are willing to do this for you.back to top
Why can't the rings be sized?
Many jewelers are afraid they will damage the ring and are reluctant to size rings. Please check with your local jeweller to see if they are willing to do this for you.

Do you ship overnight?
If an item is in stock we ship the next day but pelase allow 3/7 workking days if you need for a ring to be sized
I was wondering how my jewellery was shipped and if you had a tracking number for it?
We always send rocrded signed for post if in the UK or International Signed for .Please go to www.royalmail.com to track. You wil lbe given a tracking number with your order , if you have any problems please mail us and we will be able to provide We're sorry, but we can not be held responsible for any shipped packages that have been lost, damaged or stolen.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Items in stock are typically shipped within 3-7 business days after we receive your order. Please allow 3 days to a week (within uk .) for delivery time or 5/10 working days if outside the uk .
I received the wrong size ring or I received the ring but it does not fit me.
If you received the wrong size ring than the size that you ordered, you may return the ring and we will send you the right size ring, if we have it available, without a shipping fee. Otherwise, we can offer you a credit for another ring available in your size or a refund. If you received the right size ring but it does not fit you, you can return the ring and we will resize the ring . At £5 (U.K.) or £5 (outside U.K.) shipping fee will be charged to the same card as the original order.At £3.65 and £8.25 USA for postage
Can I return the jewelry to you that I purchased last month?
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. You must return a copy of your dated receipt along with the merchandise. All shipping fees are non-refundable. After 14 days, all sales are final.

I'm having difficulty placing my order. Why won't it go through?
Your order did not go through, possibly due to one of the following reasons:
• You moved to a new address but your credit card bill is still going to the old address.
• Your credit card billing address may be different than the shipping address.
• Your post code changed or is inaccurate.
• Your CID number is hard to read (possibly worn) and you entered the wrong CID number.
• Your card-issuing bank has put a stop on releasing funds from your account (please be sure to check with your card issuing bank that your account is in good standing).
