Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our web site, choose the products that you wish to buy, click order now, where you can pay online with credit card.,Paypal orcash cheque or postal order.

If you pay with credit card, we will ask you for the credit card holder's address and you will be given the opportunity to state your delivery address if it is different to the card holder's address. You then continue to a secure page, where we will ask you for your credit card details. These details will only be known to the merchant bank handling the payment. After completing this section, you will be sent a confirmation of order.

Shipping and Packaging

The majority of our orders are sent out via Recorded Delivery .  You should allow 3-7 business days for your goods to arrive.if in the UK .Overseas please allow 5-10 working days ,We ship International Signed for  Should they have not arrived in this time please contact our customer service team on 07963883965  for assistance.

At Exclusive Jewellery we sincerely want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order; in it’s original condition, within 14 days of its shipment for a complete refund. As an option, you can EXCHANGE your jewelry for another item or we can offer you another ring size (subject to availability). We will not be able to accept Earrings back for Hygenie reasons nor worn items that show wear or broken .
Pack your jewelry in its original packaging using a padded or "bubble-packed" envelope and ship via Royalmail.recorded post . For your security, be sure to insure the package for the full value and request a return receipt for delivery confirmation. This will make the return more "traceable." Please Note

•    Items that have been resized or altered, engraved, appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable.
•    Exclusive Jewellery  will not be responsible for return shipments that have been damaged or lost.
•    Any order being returned with a value of £50 or more will incur a restocking fee of £5.00 per item.
•    Upon 3 or more returns, any order being returned with a value less than £50 will incur a restocking fee of £5  per item.
•    Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
•    PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping offer is subject to adjustments due to exchanges and returned merchandise. A £5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on returned orders that originally received free shipping, when the amount of the return brings the total sale below the £50.00 free shipping requirement.
•    If you received a Free Gift with your purchase, it must be included with the jewelry you are returning. Refunds are not granted when the returned jewelry excludes the free gift.
•    Clearance Items are NON-REFUNDABLE and EXEMPT from our 30-day policy.
